This policy covers noumenal.studio and correspondence with Noumenal, LLC, an independent app studio based in San Francisco, California. It does not describe the data practices of our apps. Questions can be sent to nate@noumenal.studio.
Visiting the website
Our website has no advertising, analytics scripts, tracking cookies, or contact forms. Its code does not store visitor information in your browser.
Our hosting provider may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser details, and requested pages, in service logs to deliver, maintain, and protect the website. The wordmark font loads from Fontshare; requests for its stylesheet and font files share technical connection information, including your IP address, with that service.
Emailing us
We receive your email address and whatever information you include in your message. We use it to respond, provide support, and manage the conversation. Our email provider processes correspondence to deliver the service.
We keep correspondence as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain relevant business records. You can request deletion, although some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or ongoing business matters.
Sharing information
We do not sell personal information or use your correspondence for advertising. Information may be processed by providers operating our website and email, or disclosed where required by law.
Your choices
Email nate@noumenal.studio to ask about information you have shared or request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity. Your rights depend on applicable law.
Other services and updates
Email links open your email application, which follows its own privacy practices. Wordpool and Nettle are in development; their privacy policies will describe their respective data practices when they become available.
